In this program we will visit the panoramic Jerez de la Frontera where we can appreciate the importance of wine and horses in the area as well as its most important monuments. Then we will proceed to the visit of a vineyard and a family winery to learn about all the details of the aging of wine.

This is a morning dedicated to the Cartuja-Hierro del Bocado ´s herd of horses. Cadiz is probably the Spanish province where horses have adapted best to a natural environment and where equestrian tradition is shown in great force. Because of these equestrian roots, whose ancestors can be found in the tartésica mythological culture that was developed in this area, there are many activities related to the horse world that this land offers its visitors. The old pasture of Fuente del Suero embraces the Spanish horse reserve of the most important Carthusia lineage in the world. Their beauty, strength and spectacular nature have brought international prestige and national pride to these horses.

Sanlúcar de Barrameda is gastronomically known for its Manzanilla and prawns. After a visit to the center of the city, to its popular food market, and an more than one tavern, there will be a visit to the Argueso wineries with very special hosts that will offer us their wines to sample, while tasting the typical tapas from Sanlúcar. We will then go to the area of Bajo Guía, where we will taste a lunch based on seafood from the area. The experience ends with a coffee or drink in Camarote, a terrace with a panoramic view from where we can contemplate the mouth of the river Guadalquivir, Doñana and practically the whole city.

Enjoy visiting the wild livestock from TORRESTRELLA in the farm of Albujeros de Álvaro Domecq. Located in the best possible location, in the freedom of the Andalusian countryside, you will get to know the life of these magnificence creatures for a day: the bulls, lots of cows stallions and their calves, leading oxen in their usual job as guides, mares with foals, riders and horses working on dressage and high Spanish schooling.

A unique experience: the show “How Andalusian Horses Dance”. The Royal Foundation of the Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is a Spanish institution of classical dressage located in Jerez de la Frontera. The maintenance of various forms of traditional dressage and the Andalusian horse are the its most important objectives. The exhibition is an equestrian ballet with distinctly Spanish music and clothing used in the XVIII century, performed with choreographies taken from classical cowboy dressage repertoires as well as other traditional dressage. Each representation of 6 to 8 choreographies includes classical dressage, hitches and working by hand and carousel.
